Ann & Jake (yes she has a Jake from state farm!) have been PHENOMENAL helping me with some issues I’ve been having with my account! There was no second guessing about chosing Ann when I needed to go on my own policy once I got a car and wasn’t just an added driver to my family’s account, they’ve always been so cooperative and patient!

I was really quite impressed with this State Farm local neighborhood Insurance Agency and the owner Ann Spangler and my insurance agent Jake who did an incredible amazing job with my auto and renters insurance needs he was extremely incredibly helpful and understanding and very knowledgeable and I was quite impressed with the overall experience and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for any type of insurance and I will be a State Farm Insurance customer for life thank you Jake and thank you Anne
