We just returned from California to see Penn State play and win in the Rose Bowl! Eileen and her staff were top-notch! Enjoyed the most beautiful stay, and our transport was via luxury buses! Dont hesitate to book with her-you wont be disappointed!

I wish I could do zero stars worst travel agent ever! Even though she was given money for our group vacation (30 of us) months before, she didnt book us on flights or in a hotel till a few days before we were to leave. That happened after she tried to convince us to postpone our trip, not sure why, maybe she spent our money? Not going to happen since we all work and had to take the time off way in advance. So her waiting till the last minute resulted in different flights for us and having to spend way more time at the airport because we flew out at different times. Get to Vegas only to find out some of us were in different hotels (with extra fees that had to be paid for by us).
Then our returning flights werent booked until THE DAY BEFORE we were to leave. She said she would pay for our luggage on the way home due to the craziness of the trip out, but surprise! She didnt! Again different flights home and again extra time sitting in the airport due to the different times we were leaving. Also, most of the people were couples and married and werent even sitting by each other on the flights because it was booked so late! So five hours sitting in between strangers so fun
Her reasoning its hard to group that many people together for the price we were paying, which is the price she quoted us!!!!
She is ridiculous, and totally unprofessional.
DONT USE EILEEN MINER WITH THOMPSON TOURS or you will be sorry.

Late on booking hotel and flight. Had my bf and I seated separately for flights and separated our group onto another airplane. Was promised to not have to pay return trip luggage bc of the mishaps and that was a lie still awaiting a refund. Unneeded added stress to the group vacation.
