Terrible and sorry place to work for. I worked for this company for a month, in which I was still in my probationary period. I never missed a day and was always on time. I never had anything negative to say about anyone, and I minded my own business. However, today I was called into the office by Amy and MaryAnn to be told I was being let go without any reason at all. I asked several times for a reason, and they would not give me one. I had no verbal warning or write-ups at all; I was just totally blindsided.
They claim to be this great company that cares about its consumers and the people they serve, but there are many consumers who, unfortunately, are failing in life from their own fault of the company being neglectful.
Certain co-workers I had with this company mentioned they have been with the company for so many years, but I personally feel they must have come in on different management because the ones who are there now just don't care.
Do your research on this company, and maybe do a pop-in visit if you have loved ones there. You would be surprised to know it is not what you think it is.
