Not even worth 1 star but of course they don't have that option so I have to give them 1 star. IDK how this place has 4.3 stars, I really don't. First time I had to come here cause they were open late and boy do I regret it with every ounce of my soul!! Olyphant post office is the best! Never had a problem there!
Anyway, I had an extremely time sensitive but also confidential paperwork I had to get to a stock company in order to close my parents estate, this was the last thing I had to do and it took me months to gather the paperwork for! Also I had to pay notary fees and get medallions so now I have to file a claim for all this money due to this post offices negligence. They lost the paperwork! I'm not even in their system for the day I was there, I had my friend go to her postmaster cause she also works for post office to try and find me cause when I went down the lady was not helpful but I think it was cause she knew I wasn't in system.. The lady on the left with curly brown hair and glasses was the original lady who took care of me (she should be aware that she did this to someone) cause this is an awful thing that I'm going to have to go through now. I hope they take all the money I'm going to have to claim for losses out of her paycheck.So where did the paperwork go? I was there on November 10th, wasn't even prime time holiday time. You called me honey and we're so sweet you didn't charge me cause I already paid but sent it to wrong address on October 30th and it got sent back to me. So yea stay FAR away from here cause they lose your stuff or don't send it out. There was no excuse for this. None. I even told her it was extremely confidential and sensitive. So where is all this paperwork? IDK but sounds pretty shady to me. Stay away!
