      image Not great. Three visits this week. I was told told that it would be done the first day, but it wasnt. Then some called on the second day that it was done, realizing it wasnt done even after waiting on the third day for hours. $770 later. Waiting at the store for a total of 5.5 hours throughout the week they werent able to inspect it because the inspector was out. One day, 2 of the managers were in and they didnt look happy.. I dont know about anyone else but in the past 6 months Ive noticed a significant drop in quality in the area and cant help but notice Mavis has bought out most of the locations also. It seems to be, in part, a systematic failure of training, scheduling, and communication. When returned the driver side interior handle (which was loose) wasnt functional at all. They did replace the battery free of charge after they forgot to turn off the car inside the garage. Not sure whats going on but we wont be back.
