The best place ever. Moved here from N.C. in July 2019. By far the best for the money. All the other places we looked at were very unkepted and over priced. Hate to leave here but we bought a house. Mrs. Monica and her husband are the best. The maintenance team They have take care of you as if it's their own apt. They keep the grounds immaculate. They even keep the snow cleared during the winter. If I ever need another apt. This is where I will be. I am really you going to miss everyone and everything about Oakmont. I recommend this complex to everyone!!!!.

I have been here since August 2000, save 16 months where my work moved me around. When given the chance to come 'home' that's exactly what I did. I came directly back to Oakmont Park Apartments. It is always kept pristine clean, major snow storms where everyone else is closed up; the crew here works around the clock keeping Oakmont Park Apartments open at all times. If ever an issue management is only a quick call away & jump instantly to remedy the issue. There are always going to be the 'haters' out there posting nonsense reviews, and then there are the long term residents here who never think of looking elsewhere. Those are the people to look at when finding your new apartment home, the long term residents and why we stay. And Oakmont Park Apartments has many long term residents who laugh at anyone who suggests going elsewhere.

I didn't get to even sign the lease I originally put the lease in for myself being that my boyfriend had a seizure and lost his job at the moment and didn't have income while I have 2 jobs and can afford the place on my own they waited until today one day before signing the lease and giving 1528.00 that my application is now retracted, I think this is good because I saw reviews about mice and rats and maintence issues constantly so I was unsure anyways they girl lea is not the nicest and monika isn't fully truthful regarding whats included in the rent which is everyrhing except electric and gas for cooking she forget to mention that, overall bad experience and good luck to anyone having a year lease with this complex, im very glad i didnt waste alot of money for nothing. Things happen for a reason trust your gut with this place!

My wife and I lived here when we were 21. It was our first apartment and we still remember it fondly (this was 8 years ago now). We lived in an upstairs 1 bedroom apartment for a year until we moved into a home. We never had an issue w pests or noise, the apartment was clean when we moved in, the neighborhood is quiet and really pretty, and Monika was always very helpful. We were really lucky to start off in a place like this.
