Since Storage World opened in Wyomissing, PA in a convenient location right off Rt. 422, I have had the BEST customer service from Patsy! Ive never rented any storage units before and I was very impressed by the security, the ability to rent their Storage World truck, and just the level of care. Thank you so much Patsy! Your great customer service and all your help has been a great blessing to me!

I rented a 10x10 for about 6 months and recently received a letter stating everyone had to be out by Jan 2022. After building my own expensive wooden shelving system. Waste of time and money. Very bad business. This company could've given us a heads up as to what was coming. I now rent a 10x15 for way cheaper at Ridgewood Storage Facility. It's a new facility only another 7 mins on 422. Squeezing every last dollar from soon to be evicted tenants. You should be ashamed of yourself.
