I’ve heard nothing but terrible things from everyone who’s been here. The staff needs to be replaced. Also seems this place functions outside the confines of certain laws such as not having a medical professional hand out medications. Pretty sure it’s not legal for staff to just take possession of the medications and hand them out as they please. Who knows what’s being accounted for and not, people have made claims of certain medications coming up missing. I’ve yet to run in to anybody who had a good experience here, most don’t even get in. Sucks that places so poorly managed continue to stand in Reading.

This shelter is so mine hungry. I had to stay here for a little while due to a severely abusive relationship and all they wanted for me was my son Social Security checks I couldn't even buy anything with the money for him. The owners and people who run it are too busy flirting with each other and wearing about hooking up then caring about the people who were there
