Okay so the best thing about this hotel is the pool its really beautiful & clean on the first floor All the bars & Restaurants were closed tho ! I gets to my room & its Decent it was Kinda outdated the rugs were nasty bed was uncomfortable very outdated! The hotel is very big it was only myself and like four other guess Very spooky too the only thing I really loved about this place was the POOL & location!!!
P.s so as you pull in its a warning signs that if someone broke into your vehicle theyre not responsible to help you I had to keep going out checking on my truck it was bad its more like a big family trip hotel or a lot of friends because its very big & Spooky to go alone or w just your children

Like many hotels in the industry, they seem to have some staffing woes. However their customer service was excellent. They were responsive and took great care of us. The room was clean and we were even able to bring our dog. I was concerned that there was no elevator to the lower level where the dog floor was. We had to carry all our stuff down the stairs, making multiple trips. The pool area was clean but we could only stay 20 minutes at a time, our little guy got chilly. It was not well lit, appeared to have multiple burned out lights and the clock didn't work. The temperature needed to be higher for the pool water as well.
