Absolutely disgusting to what I was subjected to as a Black Professional Woman with a Back Round in Social Work and retiring as a Psychiatric Nurse Aide with the Commonwealth. The Doc was beyond rude, judgemental and did not display Professional Ethics. I felt borderline Harassed for simply Advocating for my Child. He treated me like I was his Wife or had a Personal Relationship with him which was beyond Creepy. Talking to me in such a demeaning tone of voice. Right in Front of my Autistic Son. I was mortified.

My experience with the entire commonwealth clinical group is extremely frustrating. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. Unfortunately I'm stuck with my daughter on another waiting list for psychiatry. However EVERY single time we have a appointment, there are issues. We had a appointment scheduled for a month. When I called to verify the time for that day, they said they didn't have her in the schedule. When i spoke to the counselor, she said she had to cancel it and hadn't had a chance to call me (occurred 2hrs prior to apt). Was also told by receptionist she had another apt scheduled during what should have been My daughter's apt. My daughter is on several medications, one day left for one medication. They switched the medication and our pharmacy doesn't carry it nor does our insurance cover it. Can I reach anyone.... No. My daughter had a appointment over telehealth for counseling. She sat online for 20 minutes and then came and told me the lady never logged on. I called in wanting to know why. They couldn't even find the therapist! We had another teleheath appointment with psychiatry. Both her and I sat on there waiting. 5 min after i called in and asked where the doctor was. I was told he logged on and we weren't there so he moved to his next apt. That wasn't true. Now we record waiting until someone gets on incase we need proof. Same issue of my daughters medication needing refilled but we had to wait for next apt. Due to him not logging on. These are some of the things that have happened. I was extremely greatful when we had found them because of how fast they got my daughter in. However, it did not take long to see why there was availability. I'm very angry due to the type of medication my kid is on and the fact they aren't making our child's needs a priority. As a mother, I would not seek help here especially how dangerous it can be not being able to get certain medications filled and your child having to stop because your doctor doesn't have the time to correct the issue. It can be dangerous I might add. Especially with how long that child has been taking it.
One other issue. My daughter's counseling apt was moved from 1hr to 30 min. No consulting with the parent. We are seeking counseling elsewhere and I am extremely happy with them. They are meeting her needs.

This place is a joke. These people are in cys pocket and are very unprofessional. My worker cuts me down and say nasty unprofessional stuff to me like thank god you don't have your daughter and that my lawyer won't do anything cause she is a court appointed attorney. They do not help you.

If you're going here for anything CYS related, don't. They're biased, lie, and still work for CYS. Thanks to these a**holes, I now have to get a lawyer to fight against their 'mental health' evaluation. Scums.
