I've been a patient for over a decade and although the practice has been consumed by Tower Health the staff remains the same. I've always found the doctors to be extremely knowledgeable, wise, compassionate and personable. I am grateful for their great care.

I have been going here for three years ever since I on expectedly have to move once my husband passed. Every time I go in I feel like I’m just being rushed along, like I’m an interruption. First I’m not ‘allowed’ to see the doctor I must see the PCA. Then if I’m prescribed any medicine that I need to consult back with the nurse; she never wants to call me back. My insurance need pre- authorization for certain medicines, so I the pharmacy calls plus I call if I don’t h at anything in a few days. This past time the pharmacist called for a pre-authorization I waited a whole week and heard nothing so I called myself. I don’t get a call back. I just believe in courtesy and professionalism and that’s neither. I have been made to feel like my personal health doesn’t mean a thing. The nicer I am the more I’m just humorous. I don’t understand it and I don’t care what the personal view of me may be; I am a patient. I have been told that I am paranoid and I back off but the truth of the matter is that ultimately I do end up having great instincts and I don’t appreciate people smiling in my face but when I need to consult back being treated like I don’t matter.

My last two experiences have been terrible... Since the Tower Health takeover they have lost their prior level of "care".
Both times they have completely ignored why I was there.
First was a work related injury that they failed to record as such after telling them multiple times that it was a work related injury.
And most recent I wanted a specific type of blood test. They tested everything but the type of blood test I specifically requested. And then have the nerve to tell me I still need to pay for the incorrect test despite not having insurance.
These problems could have been avoided with just the least amount of care at the very basic level...
