I moved from out of state and chose this doctor because it was a nice small practice, and by small I mean it is in a home. The actual doctor is nice but that rest of the office staff clearly needs to be retrained in many departments. I needed paperwork for my insurance so I could get a pay back on certain items and I was told when I called I would have it mailed to me by a specific date, 3 weeks after the date the information was needed and my insurance would no longer accept it... they told me some long story about how they can't release the information. This was news to me because they had previously stated they would drop it in the mail and I would have it in no longer than a couple days. When I told them that I was frustrated that I had been lied to a month before hand they hung up on me on the phone. I highly recommend going somewhere else with your business as this is an extremely unprofessional office and I would not want anyone to go through what I did especially with the way their front office runs the business. It is sad because the actual doctor is great but it's not worth the drama and the lies of the ladies in the office especially the office manager who hung up on me and Ann who probly should have retired about 40 years ago.

After receiving sub-standard medical care in Las Vegas, NV, I travelled back to my home state and got above excellent care from Dr. Rahmanian and a quick resolution to what was causing my medical problem. He saved my life
