Alex helped us move three lines from another carrier onto our plan. My sister walked out with a new phone and was caught saying that was the best three hours of my entire lifeso if that doesnt speak for itself I dont know what will. The recess lighting created an intriguing atmosphere.

This place fantastic. Dont let people who haven't been to the location dissuade you. They do every thing a corporate location can do and go above and beyond as you can see by mine and other customer reviews. This is my store for life.

Theyre an independent store not authorized dealer store own by T-Mobile if you been with T-Mobile as long as I have 15 yrs plus you get free phone upgrade with your line and you go to this store theyll tell you that they dont see that in their computer system and thats because theyre not authorized dealer for T-Mobile they sell their products which are good not saying the staff are bad or not professional but is a waste of time if you go based on what T-Mobile reps tell you on the phone because this store wont see your file or your needs for free upgrades because theyre independent their systems are different not saying is a bad store but not the store for me

Dan was very knowledgeable on everything he went over with us. Very honest about pricing an what things were going to cost. Very accurate unlike many other stores where they have hidden fees. Dan made sure we were aware of all charges.. definitely recommend him. Will never go to another T-Mobile store besides Coventry mall!

Alex, Carolina had to pick up the pieces of a disaster migration that was started and absolutely destroyed at the Shoemaker Road store. After a couple of trips in, they got it all straightened out for me in about 15 minutes, even when T-Mobile Business care themselves couldn't do anything to help me get into my account. Friendly, helpful, and compassionate as to my problem they were more than willing to roll up their sleeves get in there and fix this mess that wasn't even their doing. Five stars! Thanks guys!
