I had an issue in my basement with a small water leak but from the recent heavy rains it became a major issue. My neighbor recommended Basement Solutions 911. I called in the morning to get an estimate and Scott was able to come that afternoon. Scott explained my issues very clearly and came up with a plan to waterproof my full basement.The work crew was able to come out the very next day and was finished with the job in only two days! They did professional work at a fair price. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Basement Solutions 911 to anyone with basement issues. Bottom line the water is gone and I now have a space I can use and the work is completely guaranteed.

I had basement solutions 911 do waterproofing in my basement. I had a free in home estimate within no time! Scott was very friendly, profesional, and knowledgeable. I am happy with the experience from start to finish. My basement is bone dry and I would recomend basement solutions 911 to anyone in need of a dry basement

Terrible idea. We had them come out to fix our foundation a few months ago. There's still water and mold coming through our wall. They attempted to fix it once by coating the wall, there's still mold and water. We gave them another opportunity to fix it, it took them weeks to come out. For the last 3 days I've been told by this company that they were going to come out and they NEVER SHOWED. Never even called. I had to call them and ask where they were. There's currently a trench around our house for a French drain this company was supposed to install. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We paid them in full and they couldn't care less that we are still having issues. If you value your home, time and money you will avoid this company at all costs.

Living on my own I could not figure out what this musty smell was. Had Basement Solutions 911 come out give a free , yes I said the f word FREE estimate. Scott told me what I needed, a week later my basement was clear, clean and dry. It really worked well with my budget too. Thank you Scott, Shawn and the rest of the local guys that helped out!
