Can I give Zero stars?
I down loaded my Xfinity reward code for a discount on accessories at a store. I made an appointment for first thing this morning. Walked in the door and after a minute of two a sales person approached me. I said I wanted to shop for accessories using my Xfinity reward discount.
He immediately said they just cancelled that offer this morning.
I walked out and went to the Apple store and spent $1300 on phone and accessories.
I checked the web site and the offer is still good until July 15!
Why would anyone ever shop at that store again?!!

After a total of 3 hrs on the phone with Comcast I had to share my experience. My last contact was Jacob, he told me the following: The charges on my bill were for the opportunity to access the Netflix app. And that I had to add another credit card to get the Netflix that my agreement says Im paying for. At one point he says Ill get you to a technician Came back on the line changed his voice and asked me how can I help you? HUH? 55 minutes of dealing with someone who was either extremely intelligent or dumb as a rock. I still do not have Netflix although Im paying for it. Id call it retail theft worthy a a call to to AG office downtown
No one ever reached out to me.

I went there for asking if I could get new wifi cord! The guy was so nice, friendly, and handled with my request quickly without an appointment!

Personally any time Ive been to this store everyone has been super kind. Today I had to stop in for a new internet box thing whatever its officially called. But I had my daughter with me, the representative who helped me, Scott, had asked if my daughter liked Trolls, and proceeded to bring my daughter an entire tote bag, a beanie, a stuffed Branch toy, and a t shirt. After I mentioned that we were planning to see the new movie, the other representative I did not catch his name however, he is a younger African American gentlemen, proceeded to then bring me a t shirt out so we could match. I just thought it was so thoughtful. It was so nice for my daughter as well and was so excited. 10/10 experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You have to drive to the store to cancel services. I had just internet and they made me install a box (that they forced on me and forced me to pay $10/ month for) and the first time I plugged it in it burst into 4ft flames. I threw it away and have payed for it for 9 years. They refuse to refund any of it.
My rate also started at $70/month and blew up to $151/month.
Internet barely ever worked. Plug your brand new smart tv into your brand new router. No signal.
