If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This agency is phenomenal & will save you money. They are respectful, professional & quick. And judging by the men that helped me, David & Bill, they are pleasant & have a great sense of humor. You're not just another number in their business. It's the first time in a long time that I felt as though a business was there to help me. I say that because after years with my previous agent, at Allstate, I was pretty much told to deal with it when just my car insurance alone jumped $55 per month & I called to ask why. I didn't have any tickets or accidents, & I have pretty good credit. "Prices have gone up everywhere, especially in your area" was what I was told & that nothing could be done. That's when I called Neofes. David told me he could save me money (I was hoping for $20), but I was skeptical because "prices have gone up everywhere". But when he called back a day later with my quote for home & auto I was left speechless. Literally, it took about 10 seconds for it to sink in. He didn't save me $20 per month, he saved me $120 per month. I am now paying $18 less a month for BOTH home & auto, with better coverage, than I was paying for just auto with Allstate. He saved me a total of $1,400 year. I also met with the owner, Bill, who explained about downloading the app & how that will save me money also. He also got me another $30 discount for the first six months of my new policy. I didn't think people like this still existed. It was a wonderful experience & I highly, stress highly, recommend anyone to give them a call to see what they can do for you.

I have a policy for driving under 2000 miles a year. It is very cost effective. The policy allows for 167 miles a month with a small charge for using more miles. I am very satisfied with the policy.

I've been with them since I graduated(1971)yes I'm old. Had four children driving,you know what that means,myself and my wife all driving. So quite a few fender benders. Every time Paula was there for us.Whether a car rental or to the auto shop for repairs,it was easy and they took care of everything.Honestly Paula has treated us like family since I met her so long ago. Top notch!!!!
