I was highly disappointed in the bridge that Dr. Palmer had created to go over my implants in the front. He didnt try it on to see if it fit well or to show me how it looked in my mouth before gluing it in permanently, without consulting with me. He didnt really seem to care if it looked good or if I liked it. He never asked for my feedback in the process of making it, like my former dentist in NYC had done on every procedure hed done, showing me with a mirror how crowns or bridges looked before gluing them in. When I told Dr. Palmer that I didnt like how it looked he simply said its already glued in. What a big shock that was for me. The final result was that it sits at a noticeable angle in my mouth, sloping down on one side, and the mid-center line is very noticeably far off from the center. He said nothing could be done because he glued it in, without getting my approval, and would not refund me anything for it. My new dentist wants to re-do it because he said it doesnt look good. Sadly I cannot afford to pay for another bridge. I was really looking forward to having the ability to smile again without discomfort for my appearance. If you really dont care to have any input on any of the work that is done to you by Dr. Palmer, or how you might look afterward, then maybe he is the dentist for you.
