Following our lengthy online research & acquisition of estimates, we fortunately came across Victoria Environmental Services, LLC & we’re so thankful that we did! Vadim did an extraordinary job from start to finish removing asbestos from our attic & from ductwork in the basement. From the initial estimate & project setup through the actual remediation, cleanup & disposal processes, we couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process & Vadim certainly exceeded all our expectations.Vadim was highly professional, extremely dedicated, hard working & knowledgeable of the remediation process & was also very meticulous in his work. Vadim is a gem! He is knowledgeable, cost-competitive, extremely hardworking and thorough. My project involved removing asbestos wrapping from numerous heating ducts in a very, very small, cramped space. Vadim is 6’ 3” and somehow he managed to access the ducts and do a great job in getting rid of that asbestos. The job was extremely difficult and took him longer than expected but he stuck with it and did not change his original quote. I had a third-party inspection company check my home environment after the job to be sure all asbestos was gone. The inspector was very complimentary about Vadim’s work.

Stop your search and use this company!! Vadim was extremely professional and helpful with getting basement tile removed. He came looked at the project gave us a more than fair price and had us scheduled the next week. His work and clean up were great! I definitely recommend using this company.

I called Vadim to get a quote on removing 1200 sq ft of Asbestos Tile from my new home. He came in set up the proper mitigation and completed the job in under 3 days. He gave a very fair price, left the house very clean, and he was very responsive to calls and texts. I am having him Demo my basement next! UPDATE: I recently had Vadim come back and do demo on my 70's style basement. He removed all the paneling, ceiling tiles, and Insulation. Wow, He did an amazing job! This would have taken me forever to do plus go through the hassle of getting a dumpster permit and a dumpster. He put plastic up over the windows, doors, and vents to set up his negative air machine and made sure to shop vac the entire basement (1000 sq.ft). He gave me a very reasonable price. Saying I highly recommend him is an understatement.
