The floors look great but the repairs was not good quality. One of the repairs feels broke and I still got charged for it.

Our floors turned out so beautiful. The job was completed faster than expected and the price was great. We couldnt be happier.

The floors were 70 years old and had carpet on them about half of that time, a lot of imperfections were on the floor from the carpet tack strip. But the floors turned out amazing, I would love to show you before and after because we really loved the outcome.

While we are happy with what our floors look like, the communication and overall professionalism of Fabulous Floors was subpar. The communication was not very good from the start. They texted us at 9 pm Sunday night before the job was supposed to begin requesting that we provide them with stain colors. They told us that they would call us before arriving to our home (we don't live there yet) to start the job so we could be there--but they never contacted us. They drove through our front yard, creating signficiant damage, as well as damaging the fresh asphalt that was poured in front our home. I called and let the owner know, as well as the technician at our home, and they did nothing to fix either problem. If they were not going to fix the problem, they should have refunded us some of the money we paid to get it fixed on our own time and with our own money. Luckily we had plumbers out who fixed the yard, but we are left with a flattend asphalt curb.
They never let us know they were done with the work on our home, left stains on the risers of our stairs, which we specifically asked them to remove and we now have to pay our painter to deal with, and never fixed the yard or asphalt.
I would not recommend Fabulous Floors.
