I came to excel therapy in Kimberton in Oct 2021 due to neck and cervical issues . I was in a lot of pain and my mobility of neck was very limited . I was unable to drive or do simple activities . I am so glad I came here and met Dylan my therapist. He is empathetic , personal and a pleasure to be around . He understood my issues and slowly worked in each session with me and helped me progress . What mattered most to me was he listened patiently and provided new ways to help me progress . This is my first review ever on google and I am glad I am doing it . Thank you so much Dylan I am back on track and will continue to work on things you taught me . Thank you so much . You do your job with care and passion which matters to patients who need care .

Excel does a very good job with physical therapy, but the customer service is lacking. I contracted Covid after an appointment (and learning my therapist tested positive). Excel followed all protocols, and it wasn't their fault, but their response has been terrible. I informed them I contracted Covid and have been contacted twice by Excel. Both calls were solely focused on when I can book new appointments. I was never told "sorry", never asked how I was doing. I felt like they were only interested in getting me back in for the money.

Excel is excellent for all your physical therapy needs. I highly recommend them. Very professional, caring and personable.

Eric Goldsborough was an excellent Physical Therapist. I wasnt feeling the best after being struck by a car. Eric returned me back to better health than prior to the injuries. He really does a great job and really cares about all of his clients. This is not only a great PT! But a great guy too! The facility is clean and Theresa is always nice and welcoming at the desk. Thanks guys!
