Extremely rude! Very politely walked up to "gentleman" working outside our home and asked if he had happened to turn off our Internet as mine wasn't working. He gruffly and rudely responded, "I sure am!" I asked if he was having a bad day (because of his disturbing tone) and he again rudely and unbelievably replied, "Because you're harassing me!" What? I only asked a question?! Unbelievable! I realize it's hard to find good help these days as no one wants to work anymore, but rudeness and hostility should not be acceptable.

This company is garbage! They dig up you yard to install cables for no reason, damage your sprinklers and do NOT fix it. All they do it throw dirt over it without fixing what they damage. I will report to the city!
