My experience with Auto Pros was singularly one of the worst I've had anywhere in my life. The owner was so high on drugs he was literally passing out, he pulled a Glock 26 (yes, a gun) out of his pocket and spun it around like a psychopath, told my wife and I we weren't being charged enough for the car we were attempting to buy (and tried to hide that he increased the price of the car by over one thousand dollars on the loan paperwork), and, to top it off tried to deny us a $500 deposit we left to hold the car (which is blatantly illegal) once we said we would buy a car elsewhere. I would strongly recommend you conduct your business with someone else.

Had a cadillac on hold and was driving there with cash and i couldn't figure out why the salesman wouldn't answer my calls. turns out the sold the car i wanted to someone else without even a courtesy call so save me the 75 min car ride. just another sleazy car dealership.
