Beware of using this company. I booked a van for a birthday party online. They called me to confirm and sent me the contract which I signed. Everything was set. Then I get a phone call a week before my event stating they may not have the vehicle I reserved, they said they only had a larger vehicle which cost more money. I asked them to see if there was anything else they could do, they called back saying they were able to find me another van. Again we confirmed the details. The day before my event, they called again to state they did not have the vehicle available and again offered to give me a larger vehicle for a higher price . In the end they cancelled on me last minute because I would not take the more expensive vehicle. Would definitely not recommend this company at all. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable. I got the feeling they just wanted me to spend more than was originally advertised.
