Applebee's Grill + Bar

A couple months ago I called and placed a to go order. I went to pick up my order but I was in a rush so I didn't look at my food until I got home. When I opened up my food it was all burnt. I was so upset. I love Applebees. I spoke with the manager and told him if I dined in my food would not have looked like that. He said oh that happens often. I'm like what. Anyway he said he would refund my money but I told him I just wanted my meals cooked over. He told me no he was just going to give me my money back. I said I would never go there again. Its a shame we can't have nothing decent in our neighborhoid

We went to this location to celebrate my son's first ever sporting event. We waited for 20 while the staff socialized and lastly proceeded at a languid pace to clean tables so that we could be seated. Our server Cirah H was an absolute delight. She was very attentive and accommodating and the only reason I didn't rate this place with a single star. I would give Cirah H 5 stars for her service alone if I could. The food was lackluster, except for dessert, and overpriced. My son was extremely disappointed with his food. He ordered the honey chicken tenders with four cheese pasta. The chicken was dry, there was barely any sauce or cheese on the pasta and what was there was overpowered by the sauce from the chicken. He ended up ordering a burger to take home because he didn't want to eat anymore of his pasta. I should have just ordered the appetizers I ordered as take out for my meal. We both enjoyed our desserts and our beverages so there's that.

The drinks were the only thing was good. The food taste like it was leftover from the night before. We as our waitress what she recommend and we took her advice. Big mistake. The waitress was great in the beginning but went downhill formed after that. And yes I did tip her 15%. The waitress should I have great customer service greeting us until we pay

I went there for a takeout order April 9 at 7:30. I ordered 2, 2 for 30 steak dinners both steaks were to be well done.And one was well done the other wasnt, also I ordered the 8 ounce steak and when I got home they were 6 ounce steak. I was not satisfied with the service.

Where do I begin? Every worker is on their phones, where is management? Its been several years since we've had dinner at this location and it will be our last. If you want a decent Applebee's experience go to a location in the county, thank me later! Food was just OK, music was Great.
