Great BYOB experience. Had a large group and they asked us to do the $40 4-course tasting menu and it was perfect. We got to pick any app first and second course on the menu

Took my father and Belgian professor here a few years back. Noticed my father wasn't eating----why I asked: too salty. Now we are from the South and we like to put salt on everything but even for us the dishes were overseasoned and Dad's was borderline inedible. Professor says send it back, so we politely did. Server said this is the way the chef makes it, it's supposed to be salty, take it or leave it. Professor says, in Belgium we have a saying when the food is too salty, the chef must be in love. Server didn't take kindly to this comment. I guess this is what happens when culinary pride gets in the way of common sense. I haven't been back since even though I live nearby.
