The customer service I received from Penn Scale Manufacturing was above and beyond. I ordered a 5lb scale when it arrived it needed calibration. I called they for help and they got the manufacture on the phone to help. When that did not solve the calibration issue they said they would send a new one out, 3 days later it was here. The way they took care of the issue made me feel as a customer that I was valued.

AMAZING COMMITMENT TO BUSINESS INTEGRITY!!! I was searching for a replacement for a scale that died on us. Penn Scale's website showed a considerably better price than I could find anywhere else. After a few emails exchanged with Mike, he uncovered that there was an error in the price displayed on the website. HOWEVER Mike all but insisted on honoring the erroneous price for me, based on Penn Scale's business principles. Additionally, when I asked about shipping charges (leaving hi an opening to inflate shipping to cover some of the loss), Mike only asked for $15 . There's no question that if I need a scale in future I'll be back, or if I run into anyone looking, I will be promoting Penn Scale. Thanks for being honorable in business. Reid
