Francesco Steaks

Ordered food here today came after a whole hour and a half then fries were cold and food was labeled all incorrectly.... I gave the dude the benefit of the doubt with the lateness because it can be busy since i ordered during lunch time but i guess i should check to make sure the food is warm or hot before leaving a 20% tip.....

I placed an order last night. I got 2 pizza steaks, a mega fries, and a burger. The sauce on our steaks was rancid, and acidic. They gave me an order of fries that were hours old, stone cold, 2 strips of bacon, all the grease, and the cheese was plopped in the center and not melted. The burger looked like it had been rubbed on the floor. We threw all of our food away. Nothing was eaten. I placed my order 2 hours before closing, and used the Slice App. I guess they don't like internet orders over there at Francesco Steaks. Also the delivery driver gave my son attitude because we tipped on the app, and didn't give him cash. If I could give negative stars I would've.
