This review has been in the works for quite some time! We were searching for a home since 2019 and were met with all types of speed bumps and road blocks. We reached out to Patricia for assistance when we saw a property for sale that was in an area that we were highly interested in. To say that she jumped to action to help us would be an understatement. Our previous realtor was not super responsive and after a failed sale, we were truly lucky to land with Patricia. Our seller was a nightmare and for reason that still prove perplexing, but we didnt really feel much of the negativity from his side as we were shielded pretty well from the nonsense. That being said, this process was not for the weary. Patricia went over and beyond to ensure that we were always abreast of any updates or snags that popped up. While I wont speak poorly of the seller/realtor, I will say that Patricias patience is unmatched . I would recommend Mendez Homes & Investments for any real estate needs. I never felt like a beat or a bother even with my late night panic attack questions!

Working with Mendez Homes & Investments was a great experience. They walked us thru the entire process which made it easy because I never sold a house before. I had so many questions and I was always pleasantly greeted (even if I called & texted 10x per day...lol). They were able to help get this deal closed fast and took all the stress away. In the end I walked away happy with a check in hand for more than I initially wanted. I would highly recommend them to friends & family.
