        EDIT: OH and you HAVE to email them if you want charges on your account explained. You cant TALK to them like adults conducting business. You have to email them and wait for a response. Its their policy. Just save your time, energy, happiness, and money and look elsewhere. They only care about money. They dont care about fixing leaks or ones living conditions AT ALL. Ive been contacting them for weeks about a hole in my kitchen ceiling. Its now three buckets in my kitchen collecting water. Im sure if they had to live here, it would have been fixed by now. Please think twice before signing a lease with them. I wish I would have looked them up on google before I signed anything cus now I regret ever moving here. I would have moved to a shelter if I knew they were like this.

        I have been renting from Lublin and they are great. Whenever I have a problem they take care of it right away. I have no issue at all they stay up to date with maintenance and state regulations. Thank you
