        I can not be more clear, never work with this company. The lack of responsiveness is honestly crazy, why even give a phone number you are never going to answer. I lived in a property on Gratz St. and it is literally made of glass and we have constantly had contractors coming in and out of our house. The contractors have shared the same distaste for Kwame complaining about his infrequent communication and holding out on their payments.

        Kwame Johnson, the president of PHL, manages my property. I have not heard from him in 2 months and also have not received rental proceeds for 2 months. I've been reaching out to him via phone call, email, and text messages and he is not responding.
