This company is the only company I cannot seem to get a hold of when I absolutely. Need to. As someone who is looking to move out of my current Airbnb into a place of my own it really strikes me as odd who this is the only company who can provide what I need at a fair price with me willing to put down the money needed to pay these folks but how can I do that when the office is closed and all I get is a voice-mail essentially telling me that you don't want my moneyAnd believe me. I get it. With everything going on right now I can understand part of this action but (and correct me if I'm wrong) finding somewhere to live is essentially is it not? So why again, is it not one person at the very least picking up these phone calls. I've been calling for the last few days and nothing.This really upsets me. It would seem that they don't want the business. So if you looking for a place in Philly you'd be doing yourself a favor by just going to New Age Property Management, How Leasing Company, or LITERALLY anywhere else. Also why does Google say its open when it clearly isn't?

Well I had Common Ground Realtors handle several transactions for me both residential and commercial also for my daughter, this has been over a period of 40 years. The company owner and all of the staff have always gone above and beyond in providing excellent service and support. I recommend Common Ground to everyone, they may be a small office but they provide a huge service.
