        The closing officer was the least professional person I've ever dealt with during a real estate transaction. It didn't bother me until I had emailed her with a question a month later and she didn't respond. I finally was able to get a hold of her on the phone and she was so combative for what I thought was a simple question. Trident came so highly recommended, but that experience put the worst taste in my mouth.

        They are slow to get back to you. They do not e-mail or call right away when they have to send you a check, they wait 3 - 4 days, while you are wtg for a pkg, to tell you it will be coming in the next few days. If you can get another title company!!!
