        Great service between the landlord and maintenance man. Both very helpful and responsive at all times! The common areas of apartment are great, super cute entrance. My apartment was very spacious, tons of closets, lots of natural lighting, and nice hardwood floors. Would recommend this place, especially if you love cheesesteaks as two of the GREATEST steak places in Philly are right across the street.

        Lived here for 3 years. Nice place to live at a solid price. Caesar the maintenance guy was a good dude. Solid area, the best cheesesteaks right across the street. Would recommend. "Very Nice (borat)"
