I used Bay Property Management Group to manage my property for over a year. To say I am completely satisfied with their work is an understatement. Their team is always up to speed on everything that is going on and they do a great job with receiving rent payments on time. My life has been much easier and less stressful since I started using BPMG. This group is very professional and I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to have their property more efficiently managed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY DISCEIVING I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AND ONCE MY LEASE IS UP IM OUT OF HERE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP IS FULL OF IT!!! When I initially did a walk through it was stated that everything would be fixed this is how it looked moving in very disgusted with these guys and my experience with them. Not to mention my firebox is not in tact and beeps all day due to it having issues My direct property manager KRISTINA MONDEJAR IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE OR RETURNS CALLS NEITHER DOES ROBERT SWHARTZ DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE I THOUGHT THE SAME BECAUSE OF THE MANY GREAT REVIEWS BUT ITS A SETUP . They also didn’t make me aware that this is a venue right below my property which has parties 5/7 days of the week music so loud you barely can function. Setting off fire alarms due to parties at all times of night. I’m LIVING IN A REAL NIGHTMARE AND THIS HAS BEEN AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ME. To this day they still don’t come out and do their job and fix things that need to be done I could write a whole book about the wrong they’ve caused me. VERY DISTASTEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bay Property Management Group has gone above and beyond when it comes to keeping up with the uptake of a building. Never before have I seen a management company be so dedicated to the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. I feel very fortunate to have a property manager who is available to help fix any issues on a 24/7 basis. This company is the future of apartment management and I highly recommend using their services!
