        Great company! Does a good job communicating with its customers.

      • Lauren

        Avoid this rental company at all costs. They try to come into your apartment on a regular basis as if this is still a dorm. Also will not notify you before entering your apartment at times and will send multiple maintenance men into an all female apartment without knocking.

        Awful company. Poor communication between tenants and lease holders, ridicules rules (must register an overnight guest..) or face possible eviction, does not clean apartments well for new cycle of tenants
