This company charges excessive fees and increases rent astronomically. Don't waste your time and money by moving into any of their buildings. At the left bank, they conducted endless noisy construction, and the elevators broke down frequently. They spent a year redesigning the roof-top for barely noticeable changes. Be prepared to add $200-250 to your rent to pay for all the building utilities. Avoid this company at all costs.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They changed the end date to my lease BEHIND MY BACK forcing me to pack the equivalent of three months rent to vacate. I will be leaving horrible reviews for this company until I receive better treatment from one of their employees.

Aimco manages many properties in Center City and have installed smartlocks on all apartment doors. This wasn't needed or wanted by many residents. It's all the ease of management having access to the apartments with all the turnover and showing units, makes it a snap for them because they no longer have to collect keys. These smart locks where you put your hand on it to lock it and enter a code to unlock, ridiculous. Not everyone wants this. It's annoying. Keys were fine. They have way too much money and spend it foolishly only on things that make it easier for them or give them another marketing tool.

If I could rare this company 0 stars I would. Done move in to any property by this company unless you like having an apartment that you pay top dollar for but nothing works and when you try to get it fixed it's over 6 months, and are never fully compensated for it

GARBAGE. Takes over "The Left Bank" and don't even send a letter stating their new ownership. No idea how to pay rent. No introduction as to who is the new manager. Fired everyone who used to work there over the phone. Don't even have the balls to treat them nicely. I am leaving the Left Bank ASAP. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not give your money to these SLUMLORDS.
