Incompetent and lazy staff. It takes multiple requests to respond to serious problems in the unit (AC, etc). And with band-aid fixes or excuses as to why they cannot be fixed. My AC broke 4 times in 1.5 weeks, and the response was to wait until it broke again and leave it blowing hot air in 90 degree heat so that the incompetent contractor who previously came and only changed batteries in the remote instead of fixing the AC could see a difference. Supervisor is patronizing and belittling when complaints are made. Worst rental company ever.

I would highly recommend . Since I have been in my new apartment any issues I had, which have only been 2...toilet clogged and lock being difficult to turn....were both resolved as soon as I called it in. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely horrid. I rented an apartment space from Acre and was considering moving out within three months—thankfully the apartment changed owners and I now send my rent to Harvey Real Estate (big improvement). Acre entered my apartment with no warning and without knocking over five times. I contacted them, letting them know that they were not giving me warning, and they apologized profusely but continued entering the apartment without notice. It is horrible to open your apartment door to find strangers inside. Do not rent from Acre. Thank god for Harvey Real Estate saving my apartment situation.
