DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Nobody responds to emails or phone calls and when you finally have the opportunity to confront them about issues they will tell you there's nothing in their call log. We chose to re sign our lease for the next school year and had called them 15 times between all my roommates and emailed them maybe 5 times with no response. They gave a tour of our house anyways telling us the lady we had been in contact with was sick, and then the next morning we were told that we would be losing the place. Again, nobody decided to pick up the phone or email us back about anything. The owners are delusional and will outright ignore you! Don't give them your money.

Please do not rent through this company. Our apartment was broken into and we called/emailed with no response for over 24 hours (not to mention our front door hanging open because it was so damaged.) They are unresponsive, and are truly incompetent as "property managers." They do not put the safety of their tenants first, they just want their money and do not care about anything else. There are not many reviews because they only own a few properties around Temple. Let the 1 star rating speak for itself.

This is the absolute worst renting experience ever. They feel as though because they are dealing with college students they can provide such bottom of the barrel service. From the day of move in we walked in to problems. We were told that the home was exterminated, in fact the infestation grew bigger. Maintenance does nothing but look at the problem and figure out a way to pin it on you or they check it and do absolutely NOTHING and then charge you. They don’t know how to talk to tenants over the phone. They are money hungry and a terrible company or whatever they call themselves. And then they ask if you would like to renew with them. Literally over my dead body, I wouldn’t do it even if it was my very last option. Please do better, it’s actually sad.
