Horrible customer service, no answer the phone and the doctors do not respond to calls or email. Don’t waste your time going to this office.

This is the worst experience at any doctor's office or medical facility in my entire life. The front desk never answers the phone, and takes a minimum of 24 hours to get back to you, but usually longer. I saw Dr. Hobbs, who is perfectly nice, but only works at this office once a week and doesn't respond to your messages, calls, or emails, even when you call the office the one day she is in. I got a lab test prior to starting a medication, and a month later I have not heard back from the office or the doctor about starting treatment. I called a manager at the main office; again, 'I'll get back to you within 48 hours....' and a week later, no call. Don't waste your time or energy with this place.
