        HORRIBLE and I didnt even get a chance to visit the office. The phone call alone did it for me. The person that answered the phone sound like they were just waking up and asked me to call them back in 2 hours

        Came in to receive treatment for my teenage son. Dr. DePalma was very kind and informative, and explained every step of the way including how to care for his foot afterward. Highly recommended.

        Dr. DePalma, is a friendly, informal person and sometimes is the person who greets you at the front desk. in her small office space. I have been happy with her as a podiatrist and I like her informality.

        Was able to fit me in very quickly when I got something imbedded in my foot. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are certainly dated at the hospital, but I didn't think it was a big issue.
