        Ordered a pizza online. An hour and a half later I called to check the status because my phone is still saying they are making it. The "manager" answers and says he doesn't have my order and there's nothing in his system even though my credit card was charged. So he basically says I don't know what to tell you. Then I call up the hotline to get a refund and they operate on central standard time and I'm on the east coast so I have to wait an hour just to get my money back. Never ordering from pizza hut again.
