Ive hadent had a negative experience here yet the managers are super friendly

The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. They are rude, hard to understand, and it seems like they have never been taught how to properly talk into the phone. On top of it all they cut you off when you're speaking and don't even acknowledge when you say goodbye, they just hang up on you. I wish I was closer to a different pharmacy

I dropped off 4 prescriptions, they told me they had to call my doc about one so I told them I'll come back tmrw which is today. I get there and there is only one girl working the pick up line and it was 5 ppl waiting. When I get there she says we have 2 I let her know it was 4 tht I dropped off. Well after finding one more they say oh we called and left a message this morning, but it was almost 7pm when I got there and I said so no one thought about calling back or calling me to let me kno you didn't get a response. Well then I ask about the other and they have no idea where the 4th prescription is. So I left with one bottle of meds, 1 prescription and I have to wait 3 days to speak to the manager. I will never go back there again. Very unprofessional workers

I ordered photos online, was told they would be ready in hours, didn't get notified that they were ready until 3 days later (12 photos). Went to pick them up that day, and they didn't have them! Things happen, but they should then have some kind of options or way to help you when you have a problem like this. But they didn't offer me any options or help to get my photos. I needed them for a gift on that day (which I why I ordered them three days prior), and so I had no gift to give and no help in fixing the problem.
