They always shut the doors 15 minutes before assigned closing times!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
In addition, when the pharmacy calls you to let you know your meds are ready, when you get there they STILL MAKE YOU WAIT to prepare them. Why you call me and they not even ready?! WORST RITE AID EVER

The entrance to the store is like walking through a landfill!! Trash, garbage and even clothing piled up on both sides of the door. How do you expect customers to shop there??? This would not happen at your stores in better areas so why here. No wonder the staff is so upset and threatening to walk out...with customers at the register

I constantly get followed for having a backpack. I only come to this rite aid during school days to get myself a drink and sometimes a snack to wait for the bus, I go in the store and I go to the drink and chips section and theres constantly a fat lady following me around and trying to kick me out, I keep telling them not to follow me around and that if they think Im stealing they can check my bag after Im done paying.
