Had the absolute best experience at this agency! The moment we walked in the doors everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We did not have to wait long to be accommodated! Kathryn at the window gave my family the best experience here, she really made the process so smooth for me and my son. I appreciate everyones kindness durning such a stressful process!

Had a flawless experience for a urgent travel service, thank god I live half hour away from the agency, made my appointment on time and on arrival I was in and out with a great and friendly service, and no I dont work there or know anyone who works there, these reviews are crazy

I dont have enough good things to say about the PHL passport agency. I got my passport the day before traveling and the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. If you are within 2 weeks of travel and need an appointment this is the place to go! Hard to score an appointment but once you have one youre in the clear for your trip.

My recent visit to the Philadelphia Passport Agency was an absolute lifesaver during a particularly stressful week. With an urgent passport appointment secured at the eleventh hour, I made the 5 hour drive from out of town to Philadelphia.
From the moment I walked in and received a warm greeting from the friendly security guard at the front door, to the efficient and professional assistance I encountered throughout the entire process - from security, to the agents taking information, to the ladies who handed me my new passport - every staff member surpassed my expectations in ensuring a seamless experience.
What truly impressed me was the unwavering professionalism, helpfulness, and speed demonstrated by every worker there. I was in and out quickly when my appointment time came, and the process was so smooth and quick, with no wait time. My passport was ready the same day, which was a huge relief. I was genuinely stunned by how easy and efficient it all was. Despite the stress leading up to my visit, the ease of the process and the genuine kindness of the staff provided a much-needed breath of relief. Thank you for making my brief visit to Philly such a positive experience!!
