Came here no greeting first of all, full services were not rendered but they want u to pay full price! For my pedicure didn’t exfoliate, didn’t scrub well, didn’t have the color I requested. Pedicure was 15 mins! No way and very unprofessional. Will not be coming back here not to mention damn place was in the hood hood but trying to charge high end prices with bad quality work!!!

Do not give them ur money Terrible customer service . I went in And an at first was supposed to be waited on by sweet older woman but a younger gentleman stepped in . He had a bit of an attitude that my friend pointed out to me . I didnt pay it any mind . Once I asked for top coat after him rushing my feet he grabbed the jewel that was on it an said it’s fine . Once I seen how beautiful my friends toes were I asked again for top coat this were things took a turn . 3 people had to ask him he then came over an slapped all this gel on my toes . Wen I asked for him to take it off an fix it he ignored me as if he didn’t even hear me . . I approached the manager and she was very condescending that I was only upset wt service bc i was upset . This same young man was just siting in front feet out an up on the tables . He was rude to other customers I sat around waiting for it to be fixed for an hour only for him to put even more gel on me wen i told him I wanted it off. The manager again after telling her he blatantly ignored me brushed me off . .. an then was like she couldn’t help me she would reimbursed me just for me to wait another 20 min an her try to walk off an i had to confront her again and then her give me 5 dollars for 45 dollar pedicure
