I was torn between 3 and 4 stars because on one hand, the customer service, for the most part was great, the atmosphere was wonderful and the conversation was fulfilling and entertaining. Now on the other hand, the reason why I stated “for the most part” with customer service is because when I went to the booking site to schedule my next appointment, I noticed they appeared to have overcharged me $11 in addition to the $2 card fee and I dislike that distrust that was created. I’m deciding if I want to give it a second chance and just double check pricing prior to submitting my payment… I did really enjoy being at a black owned nail salon so it’s a toss up right now🙃

Always a good experience. My nail tech Tynerra is fantastic. Always gets it right! I would definitely recommend.

Can only give 3 stars for now. I went on a day that the website said it was open. The shop was closed. I called the number and it was a voicemail. It was a 30 minute drive and very upsetting to get there and have them be closed. May try again some day but I will make an appointment!

Awesome. The owner is extremely talented, the atmosphere is comfortable. Everyone is professional and courteous. Loyal customer 💅🏾
