Luxe Nail Bar

I made appointment for my husband for a pedicure and was told it was $35, he went to appointment and the nail tech told him I charge you extra $10 to scrub bottom of feet, he ended up paying $45 and he was not happy with the results, he says I should no have to pay extra to get the bottom of my feet scrubbed, thought that was part of pedicure?? he called and spoke to manager about it and she sided with nail tech. He said I was in and out in 25 minutes, terrible experience and service.  Never go again!
