While getting eyebrow waxing, another worker came to repeatedly cover my nose with a mask by handling me. This was totally uncalled for and is highly unprofessional. I will never return to this idiotic place again.

This place was horrible. I walked in and asked if they could do my nails like a picture I showed them on my phone before I even sat down. The owner said yes had me sit down with someone who took all the old dip off then told me they didn’t have the color. Already strike one. Then she proceeded to completely messed up my shape when I noticed she didn’t know what she was doing I said buff them out and I’ll go somewhere else. The owner than told me to sit with another Girl who will fix the shape. She did a better job but it was still not the shape I wanted. She did the dip powder and the bulky ness threw the shape off even more. She then tried to do the design and failed. The other lady came back and attempted the design and after 2 hours and 15 minutes I walk out with this hideous manicure and they had the nerve to charge me full price.below are pictures of what I asked for versus what I got. The owner lady,( Fanny) is constantly raising her prices and doesn't make good on the buy 10 get one free card. When I got to my 10th one she said she's not accepting that anymore and took the card. Unbelievable! Horrible lady
