First, I made an appointment for two, with my friend who was going through a break up, expecting to be able to sit by one another, since the appointment was for two. Secondly, I ask two times for us to at least be on the same floor level, but I was ignored and placed upstairs and she was placed downstairs, so I didn’t see her the entire time. Third, I was over charged... I got a pedi (which looks great- no complaints) but then when it came to getting my mani done, all I got was them painted! I did not receive manicure service, no soaking, no cuticle cutting, no massage or lotion... none of it, just painted. And was charged $55 for the service. To top it all off, it took one day for the polish to peel off, not just chip... but peel off entirely. My tech was nice, but now I realize, I kinda got the short end of this stick. Unfortunately, don’t think I’d go back, but hope they do better in the future. Services: Manicures, Pedicures

Went to get my nails done today and one of the new ladies did them and I'm impressed!!!!
