Be very careful when dealing with this predatory developer. He has sent criminals to my friends place to threaten him after they reported an odor issue that was causing them headaches. Any developer who thinks sending criminals to threaten tenants need to have all licenses revoked immediately. Police are looking for the people driving the truck pictured below. Newer model Chevy silverado or similar model, dark colored, clear windows.
